      <title>Support for Folders Within your Inbox</title>

      <description>&lt;div&gt;When organizing email, there are times when a user will create subfolders for their Inbox, causing the folder structure to look something like this:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Inbox&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Microsoft&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Office Subscriptions&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Follow-ups&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Archives&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Forum Replies&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Forum A&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Forum B&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;div&gt;In the above example, you can see subfolders added to the Inbox, and even a couple of sub-folders of sub-folders (e.g., Office Subscriptions under Microsoft). From a webmail perspective, this is a perfectly acceptable way to organize emails. However, when attempting to synchronize these folders with a third-party email client, such as Apple Mail or Outlook, problems arise.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;This is because virtually every email client handles the synchronization of these sub-folders differently. From a mail server perspective, this makes it difficult to account for every mobile and desktop email client. Therefore, SmarterMail is unable to support syncing sub-folders of a user's inbox with third-party clients. While you &lt;em&gt;can&lt;/em&gt; create subfolders of the Inbox and access them via webmail, please understand that some email clients, like Apple Mail, may not sync subfolders under the Inbox properly.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Note: Folders and subfolders created &lt;em&gt;outside&lt;/em&gt; of a user's inbox should sync properly.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;If your preferred mail client is having trouble syncing nested Inbox folders, here's what we recommend:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Remove the SmarterMail account from the mail client (Outlook, eM Client, Thunderbird, MacMail, etc.).&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Shut down the program to kill all connections.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Log in to the SmarterMail interface and move the nested folders from the Inbox to either the root folder or a different custom folder.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Once complete, start up your email client and add your account back.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Wait for all folders to sync. Once this is complete, your Inbox should sync properly to/from your mail client.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;</description>

ActiveSync is an ADD-ON for AtlantisNet customers as we must pay annual licensing fees to Microsoft.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;h4&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The user (USER A) that wishes to share their calendar with others needs to:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h4&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Login to the webmail system at &lt;a href="https://mail.atlantisnet.com"&gt;https://mail.atlantisnet.com&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Click the &lt;strong&gt;Settings&lt;/strong&gt; icon (gears) in the left column navigation.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Under &lt;strong&gt;My Settings&lt;/strong&gt;, Open the &lt;strong&gt;Sharing&lt;/strong&gt; tree and click on &lt;strong&gt;Shared Resources&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Click the &lt;strong&gt;New&lt;/strong&gt; button.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Select &lt;strong&gt;My Calendar&lt;/strong&gt; and press the &lt;strong&gt;Next&lt;/strong&gt; button.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Select the &lt;strong&gt;User(s)&lt;/strong&gt; they want to share their calendar with, the type of &lt;strong&gt;Access&lt;/strong&gt; they want to grant the user(s) and click the &lt;strong&gt;Save&lt;/strong&gt; button.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Logout&lt;/strong&gt; of the webmail system.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;h4&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The user&amp;nbsp;(USER B)&amp;nbsp;that will be accessing the shared calendar needs to:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h4&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Login to the webmail system at &lt;a href="https://mail.atlantisnet.com"&gt;https://mail.atlantisnet.com&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Click the &lt;strong&gt;Settings&lt;/strong&gt; icon (gears) in the left column navigation.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Under &lt;strong&gt;My Settings&lt;/strong&gt;, Open the &lt;strong&gt;Sharing&lt;/strong&gt; tree and click on &lt;strong&gt;Mapped Resources&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;The shared calendar (from USER A) should be listed with a &lt;strong&gt;Status of Attached&lt;/strong&gt;. If the Status shows as Detached then &lt;strong&gt;select the calendar&lt;/strong&gt; and press the &lt;strong&gt;Attach&lt;/strong&gt; button, alter the Friendly Name if necessary and click on the &lt;strong&gt;Save&lt;/strong&gt; button.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;At this point the sharer's calendar (USER A) is now visible to USER B when USER B clicks on &lt;strong&gt;Calendar&lt;/strong&gt; with the webmail system.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;If the user (USER B) wants this shared calendar to show up within &lt;span style="color:#FF0000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Outlook&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt; then they need to follow these additional steps (&lt;span style="color:#FFFF00;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#000000;"&gt;these steps must be executed on the computer which has Outlook installed&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;):&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;If not already logged into the webmail system, please do so by visiting &lt;a href="https://mail.atlantisnet.com"&gt;https://mail.atlantisnet.com&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Click the &lt;strong&gt;Calendar&lt;/strong&gt; icon in the left column navigation.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Click the &lt;strong&gt;Actions&lt;/strong&gt; button and select &lt;strong&gt;Add to Outlook&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Select the appropriate calendar from USER A and click on the &lt;strong&gt;OK&lt;/strong&gt; button.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;A dialog box will open asking for permission to open Outlook. Press the &lt;strong&gt;Open Outlook&lt;/strong&gt; button.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;A dialog box will open asking if you would like to connect this SharePoint Calendar to Outlook. Press the &lt;strong&gt;Yes&lt;/strong&gt; button.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;At this point the sharer's calendar (USER A) is now visible to USER B when USER B opens Outlook on their computer.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Logout&lt;/strong&gt; of the webmail system.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description>

next to Use the following type of encrypted connection.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 10pt;"&gt;For Outgoing server (SMTP) enter port number &lt;strong&gt;587&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 10pt;"&gt;Under Delivery, &lt;strong&gt;uncheck "Leave a copy of messages on the server"&lt;/strong&gt;. &amp;nbsp;If you absolutely need to store messages on the server then we recommend you check "Remove from server after &lt;strong&gt;7&lt;/strong&gt;
