&lt;br /&gt;
In order to better serve you and for increased performance, AtlantisNet&lt;br /&gt;
will be performing a server hardware and software upgrade on Sunday,&lt;br /&gt;
June 12, 2011 at 9:00 PM Pacific Time. &amp;nbsp;At this time, all SMTP, IMAP,&lt;br /&gt;
POP3 and WebMail E-mail services will be unavailable until the upgrade&lt;br /&gt;
is complete.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
This upgrade consists of moving your mailbox to a new server powered by&lt;br /&gt;
the latest version of SmarterMail.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
No configuration changes will be necessary on your end. &amp;nbsp;The new E-mail&lt;br /&gt;
server will retain the same host name, IP address, user names and&lt;br /&gt;
passwords as the old server. &amp;nbsp;You will not need to make any changes to&lt;br /&gt;
your email account settings on your computer, mobile device or within&lt;br /&gt;
any software and scripts.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The only difference you will notice is the redesigned WebMail system.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
No incoming E-mail will be lost. &amp;nbsp;Our gateway mail servers will spool&lt;br /&gt;
all incoming mail and deliver it to the new server and into your mailbox&lt;br /&gt;
once the upgrade is complete.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;WHO WILL BE AFFECTED:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
All AtlantisNet customers who use our shared email server known as&lt;br /&gt;
mail.atlantisnet.com. &amp;nbsp;If you are reading this email, then you will be&lt;br /&gt;
affected.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;ESTIMATED TIME OF REESTABLISHMENT OF SERVICE:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Installation of upgrades should take no more than four (4) hours and&lt;br /&gt;
be finished by 1:00 AM PST on Monday, June 13, 2011.&lt;br /&gt;

      <title>Encrypted Email Now Available</title>

      <description>You may now read your email securely using SSL encryption when accessing our &lt;a href="https://mail.atlantisnet.com/"&gt;WebMail&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;system.
&lt;div&gt;&lt;br&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;In addition, you may also configure your email client software to send email using SSL encryption. &amp;nbsp;To do so, simply enable SSL encryption and change the SMTP server port to 465. &amp;nbsp;If your client asks for an authentication type, select MD5 Challenge-Response.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;&lt;br&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;You can also configure your email client software to receive email using SSL encryption. &amp;nbsp;To do so, simply enable SSL encryption within your POP3 or IMAP account settings. &amp;nbsp;If using POP3, change the POP3 server port to 995. &amp;nbsp;If using IMAP, change the IMAP server port to 993. &amp;nbsp;Finally select the authentication type of password.&lt;/div&gt;</description>
