iOS (iPhone, iPad) Email Account Settings for ActiveSync

Here are our instructions for setting up your email account on your Apple iOS device. These instructions apply to iOS 6.0. Note, your email mailbox must be properly setup on our servers before you can use Exchange ActiveSync. ActiveSync is an ADD-ON for AtlantisNet customers as we must pay annual licensing fees to Microsoft.
  1. Go to "Settings".
  2. Select "Mail, Contacts, Calendars".
  3. Select "Add Account...".
  4. Select "Microsoft Exchange".
  5. Enter your E-mail Address in the "Email" field. (ex: john@company.com)
  6. Enter your E-mail Password in the "Password" field.
  7. Enter any kind of description you want in the "Description" field. (most people will simply enter their e-mail address or use something like "Work" or "Personal" or "Company Name").
  8. Press the "Next" button.
  9. Your "Email" and "Password" should already be filled out.
  10. Enter "mail.atlantisnet.com" in the "Server" field.
  11. Leave the "Domain" field blank.
  12. Enter your E-mail Address in the "Username" field. (ex: john@company.com)
  13. Press the "Next" button.
  14. At the very least, you must enable "Mail" for synchronization.
  15. Press the "Save" button.
