Setup Exchange ActiveSync using Microsoft Outlook 2016

To setup your Outlook 2016 Desktop Client, please follow these instructions: Note, your email mailbox must be properly setup on our servers before you can use Exchange ActiveSync. ActiveSync is an ADD-ON for AtlantisNet customers as we must pay annual licensing fees to Microsoft.
  • Close Microsoft Outlook 2016
  • Open the Windows Control Panel
  • Open Mail (Microsoft Outlook 2016) (32-bit)
  • Click on the Email Accounts... button
  • Click the New... button
  • Select Manual setup or additional server types and then click on the Next > button
  • Select Exchange ActiveSync and then click on the Next > button
  • Enter Your Name.
  • In the E-mail Address field, type your full email address (IE: username@yourdomain.com).
  • In the Mail server field, type: mail.atlantisnet.com
  • In the User Name field, type your full email address (IE: username@yourdomain.com).
  • In the Password field, type your e-mail account password.
  • Click the Next > button.
  • Outlook will test the settings and when complete press the Close button.
  • Click the Finish button
  • Click the Close button to close the Account Settings window
  • Click the Close button to close the Mail Setup - Outlook window
  • Open Microsoft Outlook 2016
