How to view, deliver and whitelist email quarantined by Barracuda Email Security Service

You can whitelist the sender by:
 
  1. log into the Barracuda email security service at http://mailmanager.atlantisnet.com
  2. click on Settings
  3. click on Sender Policy
  4. enter either the full email address of the sender (user@domain.com or domain.com) into the Sender field, select Exempt as the Policy and click Add.
You can also release any quarantined email by:
 
  1. log into the Barracuda email security service at http://mailmanager.atlantisnet.com
  2. click on Message Log
  3. change the Message Filter to All
  4. enter the sender's email address (user@domain.com or domain.com) in the Search field and click on Search
  5. click on any found messages and then click on either Deliver or Whitelist. Selecting Deliver with send the message to your inbox. Selecting Whitelist will send the message to your inbox and whitelist it so that future emails do not get quarantined.
You can also deliver or whitelist a message from your daily quarantine report email.
