How to report spam messages received using Barracuda Email Security Service and prevent future messages from being delivered

How to report messages received as spam:
 
  1. Login to the Barracuda Email Security Service at http://mailmanager.atlantisnet.com.
  2. From the Message Log tab, change the Message Filter to All.
  3. In the Search box enter the FROM email address or subject (partial subject is okay) of the email and click the Search button.
  4. Select the message(s) in the list and then click on the Spam button.
If they all have the same FROM address in common then you can create a Sender Policy to block future emails as follows.
 
How to block future emails from a specific email address or domain name:
  1. Login to the Barracuda Email Security Service at http://mailmanager.atlantisnet.com.
  2. From the Settings tab, click on the Sender Policy sub-tab.
  3. In the Sender box enter either the full email address or domain name used by the phishing emails. If they are spoofing email addresses from major domains (ex. gmail.com, yahoo.com, outlook.com, etc.) then make sure you do not simply enter the domain name and instead enter the full and complete email address as entering simply the domain name will block ALL email sent from that specific domain name.
  4. Select Block as the Policy.
  5. Click the Add link.
