To setup your Outlook 2016 Desktop Client, please follow these instructions: Note, your email mailbox must be properly setup on our servers before you can use Exchange ActiveSync. ActiveSync is an ADD-ON for AtlantisNet customers as we must pay annual licensing fees to Microsoft.- Close Microsoft Outlook 2016
- Open the Windows Control Panel
- Open Mail (Microsoft Outlook 2016) (32-bit)
- Click on the Email Accounts... button
- Click the New... button
- Select Manual setup or additional server types and then click on the Next > button
- Select Exchange ActiveSync and then click on the Next > button
- Enter Your Name.
- In the E-mail Address field, type your full email address (IE: username@yourdomain.com).
- In the Mail server field, type: mail.atlantisnet.com
- In the User Name field, type your full email address (IE: username@yourdomain.com).
- In the Password field, type your e-mail account password.
- Click the Next > button.
- Outlook will test the settings and when complete press the Close button.
- Click the Finish button
- Click the Close button to close the Account Settings window
- Click the Close button to close the Mail Setup - Outlook window
- Open Microsoft Outlook 2016
